Creepmas Ornaments!

CA$16.50

Creepmas ornaments created with my artwork from a 2020 Creepmas with Lyndsey challenge I hosted on Instagram!
I had so much fun creating my version of these morose holiday legends and lore and wanted to keep the fun going with ornaments for the other Creepmas lovers like me!

Each ornament features holiday lore with the art on one side and the story on the other.

Your ornament is a mini art print on its own! Each image is printed on high quality matte photo paper, hand cut, then affixed to the wood ornament, and sealed for a lovely shine. Comes with hemp cord for hanging.
The wood stain finish on each ornament can vary slightly. If you purchase more than one ornament, I'll do my best to match the shade.

Ornament Options:

1. Grýla
This Icelandic giantess spends most of her year in the mountains.
Each year during the holidays she comes down the hill and celebrates by eating all the naughty children. A little much? Perhaps...

2. The Kallikantzari
These little goblins spend the majority of their year deep within the Earth trying to hack down the Tree of Life. Yes, they really want the apocalypse. Lucky for us they make their way to the surface each holiday season to torment and prank humans keeping them from ever completing their goal.

3. Yule Cat (also known as Jólakötturinn)
Part of Icelandic folklore, the Yule Cat peers in windows of family homes checking if the children received clothing. Apparently if you received clothing as a holiday gift it indicated you were a good child. If you didn't... well then you were cat food.

4. Belsnickel
This cranky forest loving legend of German folklore went around giving gifts to good children... And well punishing the bad ones. Hey no one said he was Saint Nick!

5. Krampus
This German mythical beast is scary in stature and punishes the bad children during the holidays.

Cleaning instructions: Wipe with a mostly dry cloth.

Each ornament will be in a protective bag, inside an envelope.
